What the care plan does.
- Monitoring with a human behind it — failure alerts acted on, remote fixes included, not billed
- Monthly test restore of a real file, logged
- Capacity watch on the local server and offsite storage
- A monthly one-line status message on WhatsApp
- Complete adds: shared-drive updates and health, and up to 2 user changes per month
- Response within 48 hours (Priority upgrades this to same working day)
What your monthly bill actually looks like

Care plans are priced per office — not per PC, not per user. Adding staff doesn’t change the bill.

What’s not included.
- General IT support, networking, hardware troubleshooting, printer/Wi-Fi setup, malware removal, manual data recovery
- On-site visits — a fault requiring a site visit is billed separately
- Hardware replacement: parts at client’s cost, labour billed
- New PC onboarding: one per quarter included, billed beyond that
Questions.
- Do I need to buy a server?
- No — the setup price includes the server. It stays in your office and you own it.
- What happens if I add staff?
- Nothing changes on your bill — the care plan is priced per office, not per person.
- Can I start with Core and upgrade?
- Yes — Complete adds the shared drive to the same server.
- Can I access the shared drive from home?
- It works on the office network; outside access isn’t part of the offering.
- Can I get the shared drive without backup?
- No — the server, the setup and the monitoring are the same work either way, so backup is the cheap part to add once that work is being done. Complete is the only way to get the drive.
